Manage your grant application in WebGrants. 

 

Funding Communication

For the spring application cycle, grantees will be notified in April. 

For the fall application cycle, grantees will be notified in October. 

Announcement of grant award decisions is made by email within a week of the Commission’s grant review meeting and grant award materials will be sent to applicants shortly thereafter.

 

Grantee Obligations

If grantees receive an award, grantees must: 

  • Adjust their grant application budget in WebGrants to reflect the amount rewarded by Dane Arts
  • Sign a legal contract of agreement signed by a representative of Dane County and the grant recipient
  • Complete the project as stated in the grant application OR let Dane Arts know of any changes that occur from the project
  • Provide proof of a comprehensive general liability insurance policy naming Dane County as an additional insured is required
  • Offer at least one comp ticket to a Dane Arts representative if the project is a ticketed event (Dane Arts will reach out if a site visit is required)
  • Complete a Status Report within 30 days of project completion in WebGrants
